I am a mom w two young boys and a server for a huge, busy restaurant. I needed something to keep me in the game. Thank God I took a chance on this product. I love that its sturdy and adjustable on both the torso and thigh. You can also place ice patches in them and pain patches. Stays in place. I recently injured my hip and any movement caused sharp intense pain. Because this holds tissue, ligaments and joints in place, I can walk and bend without any sudden movement, preventing me from further injury or sharp, knife like pain. Im definitely seeing a doctor soon so please follow up w one. This is a tool for assistance, not a cure all. I do take acetaminophen to help at my job. Even w the medicine, I still experienced sharp, unbearable, crying because it hurt that bad pain. This keeps my body from shifting which happens when we get out of bed and do simple tasks. A bit tricky to install, but keep thigh fitting set,
and slip-down off leg for next use. Then pull-up
over foot, to thigh... Then wrap hips to correct tightness.

I genuinely love this compression wrap. I've been experiencing significant sciatic nerve pain for the 2nd time in my life recently. When it arrived, I immediately put it on, and Wow! You know that scene in The Dark Knight Rises, where Bruce Wayne has been to the doctor who told him he had no cartilage left in his joints and there was so much scar tissue that the doctor didn't even know how he was even walking around...but then Bruce goes back to the Batcave and puts on some apparently magic knee brace that somehow takes care of all that and allows him to fight crime as Batman again? Well, this compression wrap isn't THAT good...but it's close. It significantly reduced the pain I was in and allowed me to walk around again in relative comfort. It didn't get me back to 100%, but it probably does get me back to at least 85% while I'm wearing it. It also appears to be helping me recover quicker. Highly recommended if you are suffering from sciatica.

After spending months with a chiropractor and then having a steroid injection in my sacroiliac joint, I was still experiencing discomfort in my backside much of the time.
